With the advent of winter, the hair begins to fall more than usual. You should know that in the winter and cold days there are many factors that affect badly on your hair. These are the dry indoor air, shortage of vitamins and colds.

1.Avoid Hot Water
We all know how tempting it is to stay under hot water in the shower, but you have to be careful with your hair because hot water is your hair’s enemy. High temperatures can damage your hair and will promote frizz.

Hot water can also seriously damage your hair root and weakened them.

Cut the tips off. This is one of the first things you need to do to restore your hair for the winter.
The thin split ends are damaged most from the sun, there is no other way to get rid of it other than getting a healthy trim work done at the end. So you have to go for a haircut every two months.

3.Scalp massage
Do not go in cold weather with still damp hair. Furthermore, avoid the use o a very hot curling iron or hair iron, because that will further dry your hair a lot. Instead of plastic combs better choose a brush with natural bristles and regularly massage your scalp with it.

The proper nutrition is really important in order to have a healthy and beautiful hair.
Eat the correct balance of vitamins and minerals to supply hair with all that it needs to remain shiny, strong and lustrous.
Eating a variety of healthy foods will give you the hair you’ve always dreamed of.
Include enough meat in your weekly meal plan, because it contains proteins, which are very beneficial to your hair.
Foods like walnuts and fatty fish will nourish your hair from inside.
Include in your diet rich in zinc, aquatic products, combined with drinking of two liters of water daily.

5.Hydration
In fall your hair needs extra hydration to get used to changes in temperature. Use natural oils and jojoba conditioner that will keep your hair moisturized and will recover the sun damage.
Try some coconut mask or simply apply it your split ends before taking a shower if you don’t have so much time spending on masks.
