How to keep your skin young and radiant as long as possible

1. Drink plenty of water

2. Avoid sun exposure
In most cases, premature aging is caused by sun exposure. Studies show that someone who smokes 10 or more cigarettes per day for at least 10 years have a greater statistical probability of forming deep wrinkles and rough skin compared with the non-smoker. It is also found that smokers receive yellowish, unhealthy looking skin shade.
4. Keep your skin well moisturized
Skin hydration is another key step in any beauty skin care routine. But if you want to prevent a rapid aging of the skin, look for moisturizer or serum, which has antioxidants in it. For example – vitamins CoQ10, green tea, and niacinamide. Those ingredients are very effective for skin-restoring that offers multiple benefits for aging skin.
5. Posture during sleep
Sleeping in the same position on the pillow every night for years also leads to wrinkles. These lines, called lines of sleep, finally engraved on the face. Women who tend to sleep on their side is most likely see those wrinkles on the chin and cheeks. Sleeping on your stomach or side face on the pillow can cause wrinkles and accelerate the aging process. People who sleep on their backs do not form this type of wrinkles. 6. Applying eye cream is absolutely necessary
Your skin care routine should include a good eye cream to protect it for longer for the appearance of wrinkles. The skin around the eyes is thinner than the skin on the rest of the face and it is visibly aging faster. Maintained and hydrated skin around the eyes can take off years of your appearance.
7. Your eating habits are also important
Try to eat healthy and well-balanced. Many studies have shown that eating fresh fruits and vegetables can help with premature aging of the skin. Other studies have shown that rich in sugar and white flour (complex carbohydrate) diet could also be a reason for an early aging skin.
8. Avoid seating for too long in front of the TV, your Monitor, Ipad and so on
A study found that for every hour spent watching TV, Laptop or any similar device reduces life expectancy by 22 minutes. Experts recommend whether you’re on the couch or sit behind your desk, to get up every half hour to walk and let your eyes rest a little bit.
9. Get enough sleep
Last but not least, get enough sleep.
Adults need seven hours of sleep each night. Insufficient sleep not only leads to fatigue but also shortens our life. Experts recommend that you start to go to bed earlier if you feel the lack of energy, mental fatigue and filling without reason.
