Ingredients for 1 Smoothie:
a cup of milk
1 banana
Strawberries as many as you want
2 tablespoons sweetener (honey)
1/2 tsp coconut oil if desired

150 g spinach
50 g. Fresh mint leaves
a cup of Coconut water or milk
200 grams blueberries
2 peeled kiwis

Mix spinach, mint, and coconut water/milk together.
