How to get rid of blackheads

There is hardly anyone who has not faced this problem – blackheads on the face.
There are a variety of cosmetic products which claim to remove blackheads that appear on the face,
especially the nose, forehead, and chin. But usually they soon appear again and it’s necessary to remove them again.
The black dots are bumps (or “obstructions”) in the skin, which are caused by the accumulation of excess fat and sebum glands in the skin.

With the oxidation of these fats, they darken, and this gives them a black color.
This black top is known as blackheads. If you have oily or combination skin,
you have the predisposition to have to enter into battle with blackheads.
Black spots or stains can also lead to low self-esteem. Fortunately, there are many possible treatments.
Let’s take a look at some home remedies which can help us to remove this problem, with all natural and cheap products you can find at your own home.

 

1.Honey

Warm a little bit of honey and put it on the problem areas for 10-15 minutes. Then wash it with lukewarm water.
Honey is well known and effective method for cleaning blackheads.

 

6. Almonds

Take 8-10 almonds and soak them in milk overnight. Peel them and grind them in the morning.
Then add a teaspoon of sandalwood powder and half a teaspoon of honey. Mix them to get the desired mixture.
Apply to face and leave the mask for about 30 minutes. Then wash with lukewarm water.

 

7. Baking soda and water
Mix 3 tablespoons of baking soda with 3 tablespoons water. Rub your skin with this solution a few minutes and then remove with
warm water to remove blackheads.

 

2. Lemon juice
Lemon juice is definitely a quick and easy solution, which can be found in the kitchen or at the local store nearby.
Lemons contain vitamin C, which can reduce the dark spots on the face.
Put a little fresh lemon juice on a cotton swab and rub it directly on the affected skin area.
Let the lemon juice dry on your skin and then wash it off with lukewarm water.
To get the desired result you have to stick to this beauty routine for at least two weeks.
If you have sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with tablespoon honey, plain water or rose water. You can use lemon juice to get rid of blackheads and apply it in the same way as described above.

 

3. Oats

Oat is considered a good scrub the skin. Therefore it helps in our fight against blackheads and dark spots.
Mix half a cup of ground oats with 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice to make a paste.
Apply the door on the skin for several minutes and rinse with warm water before it is dried.
If traces remain, use a clean cloth soaked in water polo to remove the mask. Apply once or twice a week.

 

4. Aloe vera

Aloe vera has many medicinal properties and is a great concealer when it comes to black spots or dark spots on the face.
Apply aloe vera gel directly to the affected area. Gently apply it using your fingertips and massage the region for a few minutes.
Repeat this procedure once or twice daily for several weeks to fade skin discolorations.
If left traces of the gel, use a clean cloth dampened with warm water to remove it more easily.

 

5. Turmeric

Turmeric is another popular whitener. This is true as well for black spots and the rapid removal of sunspots and pigmentation.
Make a thick paste of turmeric, milk and lemon juice. Apply the door on the skin where you have blackheads.
Leave for a few minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
Another option is to make a paste of turmeric oil, honey, and olive oil. Gently massage. Leave until dry and then wash your face.
