Benefits from dry brushing

Dry brushing is a simple method that anyone can try at home. You need only brush and persistence.
It is effective in combating cellulite, ingrown hairs and is a sure recipe for glowing skin.
Here’s what you need to know about dry brushing.

 

The method is effective because it increases the blood flow in designated areas over which is done brushing.
This way the body starts to fight with the problem skin, cellulite, ingrown hairs, and every visible problem.

 

Dry brushing exfoliates the skin and removes dead cells, thus contributing to a younger, smoother and fresher skin.
Thus the skin is able to absorb better nutrients in the body.

 

It also improves the blood circulation and helping the lymph to release toxins easier,
which improves the immune system and fight infections.

 

Brushing on dry skin also helps cell renewal, improves muscle tone, tightens skin and reduces

You must select the right type of brush – let it be hard, but not too much.

Press firmly but not painfully, to avoid skin irritation. Your skin should be pink after the session, not red.

Brush for about three to five minutes and then take a shower, to wash away all dead skin cells and impurities.

 

After dry brushing, you can take a shower without using soap and shower gels.

 

You can finish your beauty routine with contrast shower, as it has been proven that it has an amazing effect on your health and well being.

 

Do not apply body lotions after that and give a chance to the skin to breathe.
