After a long work week, everyone desires for the weekend, time for rest and entertainment. The weekend is the time you can spend with your loved ones as you probably do not have time for this during the week. These days charging us up for the week ahead and we have to learn how to spend them in the best possible way.
Here are some ideas for weekend activities that will shake off the tension and the stress, which are subjected throughout the week.
1. Breakfast in bed
Pamper yourself with breakfast in bed.
Include everything you haven’t have been able to prepare for the weekend!
Fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, some berries, is up to you! Always find a way to spoil yourself!
2. Go for a bicycle ride

4. Spend time with your family, friends and/or loved one.
Spending quality time together is the best way we have to show each other that we care and that our families are important. Share your spare time with your beloved, relax and enjoy each other’s company. This is one of the best anti-stress therapies that you can practice.
5. Take a walk in nature
We all know that amazing feeling of taking a deep, lung-capacity breath of fresh air.

Sometimes everyone needs to stay at home to lie down on the couch and immerse in a relaxing movie with which to get rid of accumulated stress during the week. Order some pizza and just enjoy yourself!

Everyone deserves a treat sometimes and there’s nothing quite so lovely as treating yourself with a new haircut, brow threading or a pedicure.
9. Book a massage
Every woman likes and deserves to be pampered. So treat yourself to a deep-tissue massage at your neighborhood spa. Massage and reflexology are both excellent treatments for both relaxing, soothing and detoxifying the body. You will leave the massage salon feeling refreshed and relaxed.
10.Write your to-do list
Write your to-do list for the week. By having these tasks set before the start of the week, will take some of the pressure away and you will be more confident throughout the week.
